Shipping Policy

Upon initial product receipt, all orders will be shipped in the order they are received! Kickstarter backers will get the first shipments followed by our pre-order customers. We will do our best to make this happen as quickly as possible – updates on this procedure will be forthcoming. Once all pre orders have been fulfilled we will abide by our standard Shipping Policy noted below:

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. inD Creations is not responsible for carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping to the continental United States and $14.99 flat rate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Upgraded shipping methods will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are subject to change as the market changes.

International Shipping

We will offer shipping options worldwide. As international shipping costs widely vary, shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. inD Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@indcreation.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or cancel your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free order cancellations any time prior to shipping. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

All returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
Items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and are subject to a 10% restocking and service fee.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back to us using the label provided

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@indcreation.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
